Terms of order and delivery (payment is possible both by card and PayPal in both GEL and dollars)

• The minimum delivery time from placing the order is 2-3 hours, as it takes this minimum time to prepare and deliver the bouquet.

• The bouquet can be delivered every day from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (if you want a different time for delivery and this time is between 11:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m., then indicate this desire in the additional comments field when placing the order or contact us at 599108071 / 577054283)

Make sure you fill in the contact information fields and address in detail.

• If the address is inaccurate, we contact the customer on the specified contact number and clarify the details.

• If it is not possible to contact the customer’s number, a letter is sent to the specified mail.

• In case the customer does not connect, we contact the addressee in order to clarify the location. (We tell him that there is a gift message in his name. (Information about the bouquet remains a secret for the sake of surprise effect).

If the addressee is not at the indicated address or has already moved to another location, we specify a new address and deliver the bouquet without additional courier service costs, but later and not at the specific time specified by the customer.

• In case the bouquet cannot be delivered to the addressee, the bouquet is returned to the store – A. Tvalchrelidze 2 or Omar Khizanishvili 27 and you can ask for it during business hours within 24 hours after ordering.

If you want to cancel the order, Lilati will refund the amount to the specified account number or open an advance in your name, which you can use at any other time.

• In case of a refund, please note that you will be refunded – 18% of the total amount paid and – 2.5% to – 5% of Babki’s service fee.

If the identity of the customer is anonymous

• Lilat – cannot provide the addressee’s location to the customer without the addressee’s confirmation

Please note that all flowers are unique and no 2 flowers are alike. That’s why the ordered bouquet cannot be 100% identical, but it will be maximally similar (in many cases even better).

• The flower may be replaced due to the seasonality, assuming the interests of the customer.

Orders received before 22:00 can be delivered the same day, and orders received after 22:00 will be delivered from 10:00 in the morning.
